About Gumtree Golf & Nature Club - A fresh-air perspective to golf

Gumtree Golf & Nature Club (GGNC) is an emerging lifestyle brand at the intersection of golf, nature, design, and cinematic storytelling. Based in Brooklyn, New York and expanding globally, GGNC creates handcrafted, sustainable & one-of-a-kind releases upcycled from found textiles for golf and nature enthusiasts. As well as partnerships, films, and premium experiences inspired by the places where golf and the natural world meet.

In three years GGNC has scaled from a one-person side project to one of the fastest growing and exciting brands in the golf space. With earned media features in everything from Good Morning America & Forbes to Hypebeast & Complex as well as golf staples like Golf Digest & Skratch.

We are now entering our next phase: scaling from a one-person creative engine into a well-run, global company with disciplined operations, a clear growth plan and a great team.

Gumtree Golf & Nature Club has the potential to be a multi-million dollar global brand in the next 24 months through a pipeline of creative lead earned media worthy products, DTC growth, brand partnerships, global wholesale and luxury in-person events.

Every order that leaves our Brooklyn studio is someone’s first time holding GGNC in their hands. To make sure each one arrives the way it should, we’re adding a fulfillment role to the team.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Fulfillment Associate to pack orders to our standards and keep shipments moving every weekday morning.

The Role
This is a hands-on, in-studio role, ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things properly. You’ll be at our Brooklyn studio every weekday morning, packing the day’s orders to the GGNC standard and getting them ready for the daily UPS pickup.

How a piece is folded, wrapped and boxed is part of the product, so care and consistency matter more than speed. We’ll train you on exactly how we pack.

You’ll work alongside a small team and get a close-up view of how a creative, product-driven brand runs day to day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack e-commerce orders to GGNC packing standards

  • Check every order for accuracy and presentation before it ships

  • Organize and complete the daily UPS pickup

  • Occasional local drop-offs at FedEx or USPS (rare)

  • Keep the packing area stocked, tidy and ready for the next day

  • Flag low packing supplies, stock issues or damaged items to the team

Who You Are

  • Reliable and punctual (the UPS pickup doesn’t wait)

  • Detail-oriented, with a real eye for presentation

  • Comfortable working independently once trained

  • Happy doing hands-on, on-your-feet work

  • Shipping or fulfillment experience is a plus, not a must

  • Based in or near Brooklyn

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday to Friday, 8am–12pm (20 hours a week)

  • $20 per hour

  • In person at our Brooklyn studio
