Gumtree Golf & Nature Club (GGNC) is an emerging lifestyle brand at the intersection of golf, nature, design, and cinematic storytelling. Based in Brooklyn, New York and expanding globally, GGNC creates handcrafted, sustainable & one-of-a-kind releases upcycled from found textiles for golf and nature enthusiasts. As well as partnerships, films, and premium experiences inspired by the places where golf and the natural world meet.

In three years GGNC has scaled from a one-person side project to one of the fastest growing and exciting brands in the golf space. With earned media features in everything from Good Morning America & Forbes to Hypebeast & Complex as well as golf staples like Golf Digest & Skratch.

We are now entering our next phase: scaling from a one-person creative engine into a well-run, global company with disciplined operations, a clear growth plan and a great team.

Gumtree Golf & Nature Club has the potential to be a multi-million dollar global brand in the next 24 months through a pipeline of creative lead earned media worthy products, DTC growth, brand partnerships, global wholesale and luxury in-person events.

To help do that, we’re looking for someone to come in and manage our Brooklyn brick and mortar presence, including fulfilling orders, managing returns, restocks and helping with the occasional studio event.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Studio Manager to help keep the studio running smoothly day-to-day and to grow alongside the brand.

The Role
This is a hands-on, operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys organization, packing and working independently. You’ll be responsible for fulfilling orders, managing shipments and returns, and keeping the studio stocked and organized.

Beyond the day-to-day work, there’s real opportunity to learn directly from the founder about how a creative, product-driven business is built and run - from operations and inventory to brand, partnerships, and growth decisions. As Gumtree grows, this role has clear potential to expand in responsibility and scope.

You can work any day each week, on a schedule that suits you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and fulfill all e-commerce orders

  • Manage returns and handle associated customer service (email-based)

  • Receive, check in, and organize stock deliveries

  • Coordinate and schedule UPS pickups

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels

  • Monitor and restock packing and shipping materials

  • Keep the studio organized, efficient, and functional

Who You Are

  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

  • Interested in learning how a small, creative business operates

  • Care about presentation, process, and follow-through

  • Familiar with shipping workflows 

  • Based in or near Brooklyn

Schedule & Compensation

  • 1–2 days per week (2 days only a few times a year in busy periods. It’s flexible — choose any weekdays)

  • $1,000 per month

  • $150 GGNC gear budget (monthly)

  • Opportunity for role growth over time as the business scales
